We do understand that children and adults get ill and you may not always be able to attend your booked play session or event. To allow for this, you may transfer a confirmed booking to another time . If you have purchased a ticket for an event  we duplicate events throughout the year so you can transfer to a new date or a refund will be issued in gift vouchers only

• Transfers must be requested a minimum of three days before the start time of your originally booked play session or ticketed event.

• I in the unlikely event that  we have to cancel your session or an event for any reason, you will also be offered a transfer to another date or receive a refund in gift vouchers.
